Phil has been training dogs for over 30 years. He trained his first Labrador when he was 12 years old to be a faithful hunting companion. Phil loves to hunt with his dogs and understands that hunting/working dogs are designed to enjoy hunting and working for their owners. He strives to understand the personality of each dog he trains to bring out the best in each of them. Phil believes that a well-trained obedient dog will be much happier and be a much better companion whether you are an avid hunter, or your dog is just part of your family.

How We Got Started
It has been Phil’s dream for many years to own a business caring for and training dogs. In 2017, we purchased our home in Elcho, WI, where his dream became reality. With the help of friends and local contractors, we were able to renovate our barn to what is now our boarding and training facility.
